Operations Manager
Abir is responsible for the day to day management of staff and operations at Riad Lhena and its sister riads. She speaks English, Spanish, French and Arabic.
Youssef
Guest Relations
Youssef organizes all the activities and excursions for guests. He is always on hand for tips and advice or just to show guests around in the souks. He speaks English, German, French and Arabic.
Rachida
Cleaning and Maintenance
Rachida is the backbone of Riad Lhena. She will squeeze your orange juice every morning, make sure that the flowers in the fountain are always fresh and that the whole riad is always clean. She speaks French and Arabic.
Mohamed
Service
Whatever you need inside the riad, Mohamed will take care of it, from making traditional mint tea to providing extra blankets. He speaks English, French and Arabic.
